Returns and Exchanges Policy for Olives and Grains Inc.

Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

1. Perishable Items: Due to the nature of perishable items, we do not accept returns on food products unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Non-Perishable Items: Non-perishable items can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will require:
– A description of the damage or defect.
– Photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
– Your order number.

Upon verification, we will offer you a replacement item.

Return Process:

1. Contact our customer service team at info@olivesgrains.com or to initiate a return.
2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and any required documentation (photos of damage, etc.).
3. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a return shipping label.
4. Pack the items securely in their original packaging, including all tags, labels, and any accessories.
5. Attach the provided return shipping label to the package and drop it off at your nearest shipping facility.

Refunds:

– Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
– Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
– Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to (damaged, defective, or incorrect items).

Exchanges Policy

Eligibility for Exchanges:

– We regret to inform you that we do not accept exchanges on any of our food products due to safety and quality control concerns.
– If you wish to exchange a damaged or defective item, please follow the process outlined under “Damaged or Defective Items.”

Shipping Information

Packaging:

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive safely. Fragile items such as jars and bottles are packed with protective materials to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

Shipping Costs:
– Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return or exchange is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect items).
– Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable if you choose to return a product.

Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Shipping times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout.

**International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.*
