We handpick 6–8 artisan olive oils tailored to your group, prepare all tasting materials, and — if you've chosen food pairings — curate the perfect Mediterranean spread.

Questions & Answers
Everything You Need to Know
We require a minimum of 2 weeks' notice for all bookings. This allows us to properly source and curate your oil selection, prepare the tasting materials, and arrange food pairings if requested. For large corporate events (30+ guests), we recommend reaching out as early as possible.
A guided tasting of 6–8 artisan olive oils with producer notes and an engaging session led by our expert host. Food pairings are optional at $30/person minimum.
We primarily serve Montréal and the greater surrounding area. For events further afield, reach out at info@olivesgrains.com and we'll do our best to accommodate. Travel fees may apply depending on the location.
Absolutely! Our host will have ordering info on hand, and you can always browse our full selection at olivesandgrains.ca.
Our cancellation policy depends on whether food pairings were included in your booking. If food pairings were requested, we require at least 72 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, as ingredients are sourced and prepared in advance. If no food pairing was added, a 48-hour notice is required. Cancellations made within these windows may be rescheduled to a future date. Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.
