Dry Leaf Appearance: Green and yellow-beige leaves with lemongrass strips and pieces of candied ginger.
Dry Leaf Aroma: Light and zesty — citrus and lemongrass with a gentle ginger warmth and grassy green tea note.
Infusion Colour: Clear yellow-green
Flavour: Delicate and harmonious. All the warmth of ginger without the sharpness, paired with a soft lemony brightness and fresh lemongrass. A perfectly balanced cup.
BREWING INSTRUCTIONS

Cold Brew / Iced Tea: 1–2 tbsp per litre of room-temperature water. Refrigerate 4 – 6 hours.
