Welcome! I’m so excited to share a bit of my story and the heart behind Olives and Grains.

My professional path has been anything but linear—but every chapter has brought me here, and I wouldn’t change a thing. I started out managing restaurants, then moved into retail where I worked as a supervisor and later a director for a major American company. For the past 13 years, I’ve been working in the telecom industry, coordinating various projects and events. These roles taught me a lot—how to lead, how to problem-solve, and most importantly, how to connect with people.

But alongside my career, I’ve always had a personal mission running in parallel: finding balance with my health and well-being.Since a young age, weight has been a constant struggle. I’ve tried every diet, every trend, every so-called magic pill. Trust me—if it’s out there, I’ve tested it. But what I’ve come to learn (and continue to learn) is that health isn’t about extremes or quick fixes. It’s about small, consistent, conscious decisions. It’s about choosing food that fuels your body and makes you feel good—not just in the moment, but in the long run.

That belief is part of what sparked the idea behind Olives and Grains along side our mother’s health issues.

This company is truly a reflection of everything I value—honest, nourishing ingredients, Mediterranean-inspired meals, and a lifestyle rooted in simplicity, balance, and joy. I want people to feel good about what they’re eating without sacrificing flavor or culture.

Outside of work, I’m an avid traveler and a sucker for new adventures. There’s something magical about meeting people from different walks of life—every person you cross paths with has a story that can shift your perspective or teach you something new. I thrive on that energy, and it’s what inspires me to keep growing.

Olives and Grains is more than just a business to me. It’s a part of my personal journey—a journey of healing, discovery, and creating something meaningful from my experiences. I’m so excited for what’s to come, and I hope you’ll be part of this community as it grows.
