Sweet Prosciutto Wrapped Brie 🧀

Why We Love This Recipe

This Sweet Prosciutto Wrapped Brie is the shining star of every gathering. All three of us, but especially Maria and Anastasia—are passionate brie lovers—have made this dish a go-to in our homes. When it comes to brie, it’s a non-negotiable: it always makes the menu!

Perfect for hosting, this recipe has a magical way of bringing people together. There’s something about that molten brie center, the delicate sweetness of marmelade, the juicy bite of fresh peach, and the salty ribbons of prosciutto that makes guests gather around and dive in without hesitation. It’s a burst of sweet-savory flavor wrapped in golden, flaky perfection.

Our Olives & Grains sunny marmelade adds a beautifully light and floral note that’s just right for summer—refreshing and elegant without overpowering. But what truly elevates this dish is the finishing drizzle of our Oak and Chestnut honey. Rich, deep, and slightly woodsy, it balances the sweetness with earthy complexity, adding a luxurious final touch that lingers on the palate.

Every time we serve this appetizer, it feels like more than a dish—it becomes a moment. One that celebrates good food, good company, and the joy of sharing something truly special.
