🌿 Wholesome Pantry Granola

A nourishing, crunchy homemade granola that’s perfect for breakfast or snacking anytime.

Ingredients

     

      • 3 cups rolled oats (gluten-free if needed)
      • 1 cup raw nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans – or even a mix!)
      • ½ cup seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, or flax)
      • 1 tsp cinnamon
      • ¼ tsp sea salt
      • ½ cup our Flower forest honey
      • â…“ cup Kouses Estate biodynamic greek olive oil
      • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
      • Optional: ½ cup of dried fruit of your choice
      • Optional: ⅓ cup coconut flakes (unsweetened)

    Instructions

       

        1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
        2. In a large bowl, mix oats, nuts, seeds, cinnamon, and sea salt.
        3. In a small saucepan over low heat, gently warm the oil and honey until well combined. Stir in vanilla.
        4. Pour the wet ingredients over the dry and mix thoroughly until evenly coated.
        5. Spread the mixture in a thin, even layer on the baking sheet.
        6. Bake for 25–30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden and fragrant.
        7. Allow to cool completely before folding in dried fruit and shredded coconut, if using.
        8. Store in an airtight glass jar for up to 2 weeks.

      Serving ideas

          • Over Greek yogurt with a drizzle of our golden apricot jam
          • With nut milk and fresh sliced fruit
          • Sprinkled on top of smoothie bowls
