🌿 Wholesome Pantry Granola
A nourishing, crunchy homemade granola that’s perfect for breakfast or snacking anytime.
Ingredients

- 3 cups rolled oats (gluten-free if needed)

- 1 cup raw nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans – or even a mix!)

- ½ cup seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, or flax)

- 1 tsp cinnamon

- ¼ tsp sea salt

- ½ cup our Flower forest honey

- â…“ cup Kouses Estate biodynamic greek olive oil

- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

- Optional: ½ cup of dried fruit of your choice

- Optional:Â â…“ cup coconut flakes (unsweetened)

- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix oats, nuts, seeds, cinnamon, and sea salt.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, gently warm the oil and honey until well combined. Stir in vanilla.
- Pour the wet ingredients over the dry and mix thoroughly until evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture in a thin, even layer on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden and fragrant.
- Allow to cool completely before folding in dried fruit and shredded coconut, if using.
- Store in an airtight glass jar for up to 2 weeks.
